Orders placed by noon usually leave our warehouse the same day – as Premium with tracking and insurance or as low-cost Economy. No small-order surcharge, free pick-up in Lausen.

- Never a small-order surcharge
Bulky goods from 120 cm: Premium CHF 34.–, Economy CHF 32.– (incl. VAT). The exact costs are shown in the cart before you order.
Good to know
Delivery time
Orders received by 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day (subject to receipt of payment). Orders on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Items from external stock
If an item is marked “from external stock”, we ship the order as soon as all items have arrived with us. A partial delivery is possible for a surcharge equal to the shipping fee – please contact us by email or chat.
Tracking
The tracking number is shown with the order in your customer account. For DHL shipments you also receive an email notification from DHL.

Despite all care, items can be damaged in transit. Please report any damage immediately through our ticket system – ideally with photos of the packaging and contents. This links the case directly to your order so we can resolve it quickly.

Deliveries abroad
For companies we also deliver abroad, with UPS or DHL. Send us your order by email to hallo@shopofthings.ch or via the chat. Unfortunately we do not deliver to private customers abroad.

As filling material we use recycled material only. Our cardboard envelopes come from BioBiene, which promotes environmentally friendly packaging and awards the BioBiene eco label.
